  • Promote leadership integrity resonant with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Sustainability in the public and private sector

  • Offer courses/seminars, accreditation, mentoring, coaching and consultancy in responsible leadership

  • Provide high quality IRL input and facilitation through founding members and associates

  • Honour and publicise key examples of responsible leadership through the award of Fellowships

Services

The organisation for International Responsible Leadership (IRL) holds regular seminars and workshops, as well as providing coaching/mentoring, accreditations and research/advisory support.

Seminars/Workshops

The IRL provides regular seminars/workshops for executives and other key staff on a range of topical themes related to responsible leadership. The themes of such seminars/workshops may be invited by the IRL or generated on a bespoke basis.

Coaching/Mentoring

Coaching/mentoring is another service provided by the IRL. This will typically be provided following on from the seminars/workshops by its highly experienced staff to support responsible leadership individually or collectively in organisational contexts.

Membership Support

The IRL provides research/advisory/accreditation services to promote responsible leadership. The IRL has rich experience in conducting analysis and providing support for public and private sector organisations at local, regional, national and international level.
