Approval of members is based on completion and acceptance of an application form, together with a summary CV, covering career and qualifications to date. Membership includes such benefits as:

The right to use the letters MIRL after the member’s name
Making approved postings on the IRL website (www.responsible-leadership.org)
Reduced costs for workshops and other designated IRL events.
