Lauren Seager-Smith

Lauren Seager-Smith is a child rights advocate and campaigner and is currently CEO of the domestic abuse charity, The For Baby's Sake Trust, based in the United Kingdom. Lauren has over twenty years of experience in public service to children and young people, holding a number of positions including CEO of Kidscape, Director of the Anti-Bullying Alliance at the National Children’s Bureau, and working in education advocacy with the Save the Children team in London. She is also a member of the England Committee for Action for Children. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Sheffield, and a Master’s in Education: Culture, Language and Identity from Goldsmiths College, University of London. She is a regular media spokesperson and commentator on child rights, online safety and domestic abuse.
