Enrique Torres

Enrique Torres has worked in training and management positions for private, governmental and non-governmental organisations such as Bosch Australia, Ministry of Education in Australia, Mozambique Ministry of Education, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). He has worked in a variety of cultural contexts in Western and non-Western countries.

Enrique was the GRI Learning Services Senior Manager for 6 years up to April 2014. He established and headed a global Certified Training Programme. He was also responsible for an international programme to raise awareness and build capacity amongst SMEs and key suppliers of multinationals on sustainability reporting. While working for GRI, Enrique gave speeches, presentations and workshops in major international Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events worldwide.

He now runs his own social enterprise providing international tailor-made training and coaching solutions on subject matters such as CSR/sustainability, integrated reporting, management skills for humanitarian workers, training of trainers and presentation skills. He is passionate about creating an atmosphere where participants learn by doing and sharing experiences. He works with clients such as academic institutes, consulting companies, multi-national enterprises and non-governmental organisations in a variety of cultural contexts including the Americas, Australasia, Europe and sub-Saharan Africa.
